Metric Screws and Nuts

Joyce screws and nuts are available in Metric (trapezoidal) thread forms. Bronze nuts and steel flanges are available separately or as finished assemblies. All standard screw diameters listed are in stock and ready to be cut to your specified length.

  • Standard Metric (Trapezoidal) threads from 20 mm to 55 mm
  • Standard leads ranging from 5 mm to 12 mm
  • Screws are available in lengths specified by the customer
  • Screws are made of alloy steel
  • All screw sizes are available with right-hand threads

How to Place an Order

  1. Refer to the Screw and Nut Selection Guide for Acme and Stub Acme or Metric (Trapezoidal) screws. Select the size and lead of screw that is needed.
  2. Use the Screw and Nut Calculator to verify that your selection is appropriate based on the intended application of the product, or contact Joyce/Dayton for technical assistance.
  3. Verify that you have selected the correct thread form and screw material by referring to the Explanation of Product Descriptions section. Add an “X” for Standard, or an “M” for Special Manufacturing and the screw length 000.00.

All steel screw material is 1045 CDS, except SS050R013A, which is 1018 CDS.
All stainless steel screw material is 316 SS, except SS063R013S, which is 304 SS.
